Joyce Lambert brings nearly 30 years of administrative experience to the ECAC. A Cape Cod resident since her childhood, Lambert is a Cape Cod Community College and Westfield State College graduate. She has also done graduate coursework at the University of Toronto. Lambert has worked at the West Yarmouth Congregational Church, Infinium Software, Les Campbell Realty, and with the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office.
