Ben Rosenfeld joined the ECAC in January of 2013 as the Coordinator of Sport Administration – Leagues and Affiliates, and in April of that same year was promoted to Director of Sport Administration/Championships.

Prior to moving to the Cape, Rosenfeld was the Director of Basketball Operations at Loyola Marymount University, a position he accepted in June of 2010. Rosenfeld previously spent one year with the men’s basketball program at Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, NH., organizing all individual workouts, scouting reports, travel itineraries, film exchange and recruiting schedules.

During his time in Rindge, Rosenfeld earned his MBA in Leadership, earning a 3.8 GPA in the one-year accelerated program.

Prior to joining Franklin Pierce, Rosenfeld spent three years at The Winchendon School in Winchendon, MA. He joined the school in September of 2006 and then left in June to join Franklin Pierce. While at Winchendon, he served as assistant varsity coach for three years and junior varsity coach for one. He also was an American Culture Teacher, Academic Advisor and Dorm Parent.

At Loyola Marymount, Rosenfeld took over most of the Lions’ daily operations, including film exchange, the student manager program, LMU Cares and community services initiatives, the LMU Summer Camps, while also being involved in travel, academic performance and day to day office operations.

Rosenfeld graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management. During his time there, he was a student manager for the men's basketball staff.
