Score Reporting (Divisions II/III)
The initial score-reporting form is due with the final declaration on or before October 26. The final score-reporting form is due Sunday, November 4.
Withdrawal Date
In accordance with ECAC Championships Bylaw 2.5 Obligation to Participate, an institution that wishes to withdraw from consideration may do so without financial penalty. Withdrawals by an athletics administrator are due to the ECAC staff liaison by Friday, November 3 at noon Eastern Time. If your institution is selected to participate in an NCAA championship, said school is automatically withdrawn from consideration for the ECAC championship without penalty.
Late Declarations
Institutions may submit late declarations for championships, accepted until noon the Friday before the selection date, with the understanding that a fine of up to $500 will be levied by the ECAC Championships Committee.
