Exhibitor Trade Show in conjunction with the annual ECAC^® Convention.

Event Attendees

Athletics Administrators from the ECAC membership (319 Division I, II and III colleges and universities) have been invited to attend.

Sunday, October 4 - Tuesday, October 6 at The Resort and Conference Center at Hyannis, Massachusetts

Exhibit Hall Capacity

Sixty-Seven 10' Wide Booths

Exhibiting Information

One Trademark per Booth.

Two (2) exhibitor credentials will be issued per booth.

Each credential includes:
-Admission for one to the Sunday and Monday Night Football Parties
-Admission for one to the Tugboats Reception
-Access for one to the Breakfast buffets on October 5 and 6 and the Lunch buffet on October 5
* Additional Credentials can be purchased at a cost of $200 each.

Additional Events at Extra Cost include:
-Golf Outing at Hyannis Golf Course presented by Musco Lighting on Sunday, October 4 from 11:30-6:00pm, price $99 per golfer
-Clambake on Sunday, October 5 from 7:30-9:30pm, price $75
-ECAC Honors Luncheon presented by Jostens, on Tuesday, October 6 from 12-2pm, price $40

Booth Components

Booth size: 10' wide booth and 8' high back wall in the ballroom
or 10' wide booth and 5' high back wall in the hallway

One (1) cloth and skirted 6' table (uniform in color)
Two (2) folding chairs
One (1) (one-line) identification sign with booth number
Electricity if needed (please submit sign-up form in exhibitor packet)

Booth Assignments

Assignments will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis upon completion of the registration process (including receipt of payment).  Please indicate your top three choices on the registration form.

Additional Services

Audio, visual and phone services are incremental fees. Registration Procedure

Submit completed exhibitor registration form online or mail or fax completed form to:

Please mail checks made out to "ECAC" for $1,000 for one 10' by 8' booth in the ballroom or 10' by 5' booth in the hallway or $1,850 for one 20' by 8' booth OR 10' by 16' in the ballroom or 20' by 5' booth in the hallway and send with form or separately if form is faxed. Please call Mary Conway at 508-771-5060 ext. 235 if you would like to pay by credit card.
*Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

To be valid, cancellations must be submitted in writing to the ECAC.  A service fee of 30-percent (30%) of the exhibit fee will be assessed for cancellations received prior to August 1, 2009.  Cancellations received after August 1, 2009 will result in full forfeiture of registration fees.

Trade Show Policies

Load-in and/or tear-down of exhibit booths during Convention/Trade Show hours of operation is prohibited. Set-up MUST be complete by 8:00am on Monday, October 5.

Exhibiting is limited to displaying, sampling and demonstrating products/services specified on the registration form. Selling is prohibited.

Trademark Requests - ECAC^® logo, terminology or related-identifying marks are the properties of the ECAC and may not be used without written approval from ECAC Business Services.

24-hour Security

Complimentary breakfast and lunch buffets on October 5 and 6 are available for "credentialed" exhibitors. (Additional exhibiting credentials may be purchased for $200 each).
