As an exhibitor of the 2009 Eastern College Athletic Conference ("ECAC") Convention & Trade Show, please review the outlined Terms and Conditions regarding the exhibit inclusions and cancellation policies.

Exhibit Inclusions

Each registered booth will receive:
    -  10'w x 8'd exhibit booth in ballroom or 10'w x 5'd exhibit booth in hallway
    -  8 foot backdrop
    -  One 6' cloth and skirted table
    -  Two folding chairs
    -  One sign with booth number
    -  Electricity if needed (please submit sign-up form included in exhibitor packet)
    -  Two exhibitor credentials
    -  Two admissions to the Sunday and Monday Night Football Parties
    -  Two admissions to the Tugboats Reception
    -  Access to the breakfast and lunch buffets
    -  24-hour exhibit hall security

Cancellation Policy


Valid cancellations must be submitted in writing to the ECAC by August 1, 2009.  A service fee of 30-percent (30%) of the exhibit fee will be assessed for valid cancellations.  Cancellations received after August 1, 2009 will result in full forfeiture of registration fees.
