As a delegate of the 2012 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Convention & Trade Show, please review the outlined Terms and Conditions regarding the delegate inclusions and cancellation policies.
Each registered delegate will receive:
- 1 convention credential
- Continental breakfast passes on Oct. 1 and 2 and lunch pass on Oct. 1
- Complimentary ticket to the On-Site Reception - October 1
Valid cancellations must be submitted in writing to the ECAC by August 1, 2012. A service fee of 30-percent (30%) of the delegate fee will be assessed for valid cancellations. Cancellations received after August 1, 2012 will result in full forfeiture of registration fees.
