All Worldwide Travel and Clark Companies to Sponsor Membership Reception at NCAA Convention

CAPE COD, Mass. - Commissioner of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC®) Rudy Keeling announced today that the Conference will partner with All Worldwide Travel, Inc. and Clark Companies to sponsor a membership reception at the 2009 NCAA Convention in Washington, D.C. The reception will be held on Friday, January 16 at the Gaylord National Cherry Blossom Ballroom from 8:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

This year, the annual reception will feature a special ECAC presentation at 9:00 p.m., hors d'oeuvres, drinks, billiards, and dancing.

"We are very thankful for the support from All Worldwide Travel and Clark Companies, and because of them are able to continue building this tradition," said Keeling. "Having the reception at the Gaylord Hotel instead of offsite will ease transportation concerns for everyone in attendance and allow the ECAC membership to enjoy some casual time with other administrators."

"We are looking forward to sponsoring the reception again this year," said Holly Gampa, President of All Worldwide Travel. "We are excited about the presentation that will take place, because it encompasses the heart and mission of the ECAC, the athletes and the membership.  The ECAC continues to build wonderful networking opportunities within the world of athletics.  For anyone who has not gone, it gets better each year. People are still talking about the reception last year in Nashville at the Wildhorse Saloon."

"Clark Companies is proud to support the ECAC and their membership and look forward to seeing everyone at the reception," said Scott Clark, President and CEO of Clark Companies.

For more information or to RSVP, please call Holly Gampa at 267-987-5132. In order to attend, we ask that you respond by January 5, 2009, and we hope to see you there.
