Cheryl Serijan Named ECAC Director of Business Services

Cape Cod, Mass. - Commissioner of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Rudy Keeling announced the hiring of Cheryl Serijan as the Director of Business Services.  In her new role, Serijan will be responsible for managing the human resources and benefits program, administering payroll and assisting in aspects of budget and finance. Other responsibilities will include assisting in marketing initiatives related to corporate sponsorships and promotions.

"Cheryl is the perfect addition to our ECAC staff," said Keeling. "She not only brings a wealth of knowledge, but also an effervescent personality which will serve to enhance the workplace at the ECAC."

Serijan comes to the ECAC from McDonald Electric Corporation where she worked in human resources and was an office manager since 2007.  Before that, she worked as a human resources manager at Corcoran Jennison Companies from 1999-2007.  While there, Serijan was responsible for benefits, payroll, and policies and procedures.  Serijan also assisted a CJ affiliate in the accounting department with daily income auditing and cash reconciliation.

Serijan graduated in 2003 from Suffolk University with a degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting.  She also received her associate's degree in accounting from Cape Cod Community College in 1996.
