ECAC Coordinator of Football Officials Bill Ward to Serve as Head Linesman in Arena Bowl XXII

The ECAC Coordinator of Football Officials, Bill Ward, will officiate as the head linesman in the Arena Football League's Virgin Mobile ArenaBowl XXII.

Ward has served as an NCAA official for 28 years and worked the Division I-AA National Championship Game in 2002.

He has been an AFL official for 14 years, and served as an official at ArenaBowl XVIII in 2004.

Virgin Mobile ArenaBowl XXII New Orleans will be played on Sunday, July 27 at New Orleans Arena and televised live on ABC (ABC HD) at 3 p.m. ET.
